This is a 30,000 square foot cancer ambulatory center serving as a clinic and infusion area for medical oncology and bone marrow transplant patients.

At Synthesis, we provided program/project development management services. We managed the initial planning; the budget and schedule; selected and negotiated agreements with the design team and construction manager; managed the design process; and oversaw the relocation of current users from the project area.
