We never forget a project. That's because each one has a life of its own. And we don't know any other way to go about our business than to get personally involved. So while we're helping our clients through planning, design, and development, we're living every moment right along with them. Long after the project has been completed, we still remember every detail. This kind of long-term memory also helps us prepare for what's next. Because even though every project has its own set of challenges and objectives, there are many common issues, as well. Experience matters. Having accomplished something before helps us to make it happen again, efficiently and economically.

Holy Trinity Episcopal Parish, Day School,Glenn Dale, MD:

Master plan for a 15-acre campus to accommodate 100,000 square foot of lower, middle and upper school buildings, soccer field and parking.

St. John's Episcopal Church, Ellicott City, MD:

Master plan for 15-acre historic campus to accommodate 32,000 square foot of additional classrooms and multi-purpose spaces.

Tai Sophia Institute, Center for the Healing Arts,Columbia, MD:

Master plan for 11-acre campus to accommodate 120,000 square foot of administrative, education and clinic facilities and parking.

33,000 square foot multi-purpose education and performance facility in Germantown Town Center serving Upper Montgomery County (new construction).

Bridgeway Community Church, Howard County, MD:

52,000 square foot church and education facility with a 1,200 seat worship space (adaptive reuse).

Managed site acquisition, space programming, design, value engineering, permitting and construction.

Catholic Relief Services, World Headquarters Facility, Baltimore, MD:

153,000 square foot of offices and specialized chapel, assembly, training, exercise, and dining spaces in an existing historic building. LEED gold certification is being pursued for this project. (adaptive reuse)

Central Maryland Oncology Center, CT Simulator Equipment Replacement, Columbia, MD:

Replacement of an older Simulator with a refurbished large bore, single slice CT Simulator manufactured by Philips.

Chesapeake Bay Foundation Philip Merrill Environmental Center, Annapolis, MD:

40,000 square foot education and headquarters office facility with parking deck on a 30-acre site designed to be a national model of environmentally sustainable design (new construction).

69 townhouse lots (land development).

Easter Seals Society, Break-Away Center, Baltimore County:

5,000 square foot senior day care center (adaptive reuse of former country club).

Friends Community School, Prince George’s County, MD:

New 28,500 square foot K-8 school on a 17- acre park-like site.  This “green school” incorporates water and energy conserving features, a green roof, and is the largest structure in the U.S. using straw bales for exterior walls.  LEED silver certification is being pursued for this project (new construction).
