Restoration and adaptive re-use of 5-story, 27,000 suare foot former brewhouse, listed on the National REgister of Historic Sites, for use as offices and meeting rooms for a social and human serivces organization. The project is being funded using a combination of state and federal historic tax credits, new market tax credits, grants and equity.

Project management services provided by Synthesis include porgramming, feasibility, design, financing, permitting, construction and move-in.
