Synthesis provided project management services for Phases I and II of this private school project which involved the development of a new 15-acre campus to support an enlarged middle school, a new pre-school and a future high school. Phase I involved construction of 30,000 sf of classroom and multi-purpose buildings and associated play fields, parking and infrastructure. Phase II added 10,000 sf of classrooms and multi-purpose space. Project management services provided by Synthesis for Phases I and II included managing site and project feasibility analysis; the identification and acquisition of land for the new 15-acre campus; Tax-exempt project financing; the budget and schedule; selection of the design teams and general contractors; the design and construction process; the site and building permit process; and specification, procurement and installation of FF&E.

Synthesis is currently managing Phase III development which includes 30,000 sf of additional classrooms and a multi-purpose gymnasium/ performance theater space.
