With a M.S.E. in Environmental Engineering and a B.E.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from The Johns Hopkins University, Tom is a registered professional engineer in Maryland. A principal of Synthesis since 2003, Tom is responsible for project management; including master planning, project planning and programming, site acquisition, feasibility analysis, scheduling, budgeting and financing, design, permitting, construction oversight, commissioning and move-in. .
