Jim is the founder of Synthesis and today is a Principal and Project Manager. He maintains oversight responsibility for all of our projects and takes the lead for managing certain projects from start to finish. Jim has a M.A. in Social Anthropology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University. You could say he brings both the left and right side of his brain to a project. Prior to joining Synthesis, Jim was with Crystal Hill Investments, the Maryland Aviation Administration, the Maryland Department of Transportation, the National Institute of Mental Health, and the U.S. Peace Corps.
